Shapiro\" href=\"http:\/\/stephenshapiro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Stephen M. Shapiro\" width=\"838\" height=\"698\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5750\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">3 nivells d&#8217;empreses innovadores<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4><strong>Innovaci\u00f3 per esdeveniment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed s\u2019hi enquadren la gran majoria d\u2019empreses que realitzen esfor\u00e7os d\u2019innovaci\u00f3. Duent a terme tallers de creativitat o concursos d\u2019idees puntuals. Si es captura alguna bona idea, es crea eventualment algun valor per la companyia. Tot i aix\u00ed, l\u2019esfor\u00e7 sol ser massa elevat, tenint en compte el poc valor afegit finalment capturat.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple recent \u00e9s el del\u00a0<a title=\"Noticia sobre el Social Business on Board de Vueling\" href=\"http:\/\/www.viaempresa.cat\/ca\/notices\/2014\/10\/networking-d-altura-entre-barcelona-i-mila-8799.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><em><strong>Social Business on Board<\/strong><\/em><\/a> de <strong>Vueling<\/strong>, un acte en el que es posava en contacte emprenedors amb projectes actius amb un any de vida como a m\u00ednim, per buscar idees i projectes innovadors per la l\u00ednia a\u00e8ria. <iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/Zif467C8Cec?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Innovaci\u00f3 com una capacitat<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 posa en marxa estructures i processos que defineixen reptes, generen i avaluen solucions i idees, i desenvolupen plans d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 de les mateixes. Els resultats (en forma de nous processos, nous serveis, nous productes) solen estar alineats amb els reptes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 definits, encara que generalment es tracta d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 purament incremental.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Innovaci\u00f3 com a sistema<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El nivell m\u00e9s avan\u00e7at. Es dona quan una organitzaci\u00f3 disposa d\u2019un entorn (cultura) en el qual la innovaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 incrustada en tot all\u00f2 que aquesta realitza. Totes les persones de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, o la majoria d\u2019elles, treballen de manera continua per millorar processos, productes, serveis, i el conjunt de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. No \u00e9s reactiu (a un esdeveniment, campanya o incl\u00fas a un repte estrat\u00e8gic d\u2019innovaci\u00f3), sin\u00f3 que la innovaci\u00f3 es aqu\u00ed purament proactiva.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Induct<\/strong>, hem desenvolupat un marc de treball per tal d\u2019ajudar a les organitzacions de tot tipus a dur a terme les seves capacitats d\u2019innovaci\u00f3, com a m\u00ednim, fins el segon nivell de Shapiro.
